Job Title: Order Selector/Cold Storage
Location: Richmond, VA

We are seeking an experienced Order Selector to join our team in our cold storage facility. The ideal candidate will have intermediate experience in order selecting and working in a cold storage environment. As an Order Selector, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently selecting and packing orders for shipment, while adhering to all safety and quality standards. Candidates will work on Saturdays. This is mandatory.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize RF scanning equipment to accurately select and pack orders
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move and store products in the cold storage facility
- Ensure that all orders are picked, packed, and staged for shipment in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counting as needed
- Communicate any inventory discrepancies or issues to management
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Order Selector in a cold storage environment
- Intermediate experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cold storage environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed
- Flexibility to work weekends and overtime as required

Must be willing to work in the cold (freezer) environment throughout your 8-hour shift.

Candidates will be required to work a 90- day probationary period. Hourly wage will be $16 during the probationary period, then promoted to $18. This is not a short-term fix. It is for candidates looking for full-time work and who have the flexibility to work Saturdays.
