Position Overview

We are currently seeking a self-motivated and organized Cold Storage Coordinator to manage and coordinate the product in our cold storage areas. This full-time position requires seasonal overtime and a willingness to cross-train and work in a variety of roles within the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and stage product efficiently in cold storage areas.
  • Unload product from semi-trucks safely and promptly.
  • Stock product in coolers and freezers, maintaining proper storage conditions.
  • Read and interpret reports to determine upcoming work and priorities.
  • Restock product as needed to ensure availability.
  • Communicate product shortages and inventory issues to co-workers.
  • Prepare orders accurately for shipment.
  • Load trucks with orders being shipped out.
Qualifications amp; Skills
  • Self-motivated and highly organized.
  • Ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
  • Comfortable working in coolers and freezers with temperatures between 30-40 degrees.
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Ability to perform repeated bending and twisting motions.
  • Experience operating a hi-lo (forklift) safely and efficiently.
  • Proficient in using an RF gun for inventory and order processing.
  • Willingness to cross-train and work in various roles as needed.
  • CDL a perk, but not required
