Position Overview:

The Territory Sales Manager is highly motivated, results-oriented, responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals & key accounts within an assigned territory. This role requires a deep understanding of medical devices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently to achieve sales targets. Experience in remote cardiac monitoring with an established network of physician clients is preferred and traveling/onsite visits and cold calling within assigned sales territory is mandatory.

The Territory Sales Manager will interact with potential customers within their geography to generate new and add-on sales and increase product awareness. They work closely with healthcare professionals such as Cardiologists, Electrophysiologists, Nurse Practitioners and clinicians, selling to and helping them use our innovative remote cardiac monitor and services effectively. The Territory Sales Manager will provide clinical and technical support, deliver training and help implement tailored solutions. This position comes with a competitive base salary and commission structure, with mileage reimbursement and a generous benefits package.

Job Accountabilities:

  • 70% Prospect for new customers and accounts to exceed territory's growth goal
  • 10% Utilize CRM system to track leads, opportunities and customers throughout the sales process
  • 10% Host educational events to generate product awareness
  • 10% Provide clinical and educational support to existing customer base to support Field Clinical Engineers
