Their role is crucial in maintaining safety, efficiency, and quality control at the 'cold end' of the glass production process.

What are the typical daily responsibilities of a cold end technician?

Cold End Technicians are primarily responsible for inspecting, packaging, and ensuring the quality of glass products after they exit the forming process. Daily tasks often include operating and maintaining inspection equipment, monitoring product quality for defects, and documenting any non-conformities. Maintaining safety standards and performing routine equipment checks are essential parts of the role to ensure efficient and safe operations.
