Headquartered in Atlanta, GA, our storage operations are currently spread across North America, and expanding as we develop, build, and acquire best-in-class cold storage facilities to serve our customers' needs.


What we're looking for:

The Office Manager plays a vital role in supporting the administrative needs of the warehouse facility, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of warehouse operations. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be highly utilized in this role. The ability to problem-solve, manage well under pressure, and ensure our customers are happy with our services is crucial for our business's success.


This position typically works First Shift, Monday through Friday. However, based on business needs and seasonal demands, schedule flexibility is required, including the ability to work overtime on weekdays and weekends when necessary.  Ideal candidates will be fluent in both English and Spanish, verbal and written.


What you'll do (including, but not limited to):

  • Manage time and attendance of reporting Associates.
  • Provide guidance for progressive discipline.
  • Partner with HR for any Associate terminations.
  • Maintain employee records according to regulations and requirements.
  • Coordinate and conduct onboarding of new Associates.
  • Help in the recruiting and interview process for open positions as needed.
  • Generate reports, compile data, and prepare documents or presentations for warehouse management to support decision-making and performance evaluation.
  • Assist with financial tasks such as invoice processing, expense tracking, and budget management, and coordinate with Accounting/Finance departments as necessary.
  • Address issues or concerns raised by warehouse staff or management.
  • Troubleshoot administrative problems and implement solutions to improve office efficiency.
  • Aid in implementing safety protocols and compliance with workplace regulations, including maintaining safety documentation and coordinating safety training for staff.
  • Provide administrative support to the site as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned/needed.

Requirements

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent education required. Education (or experience in lieu of education) in areas such as Business Administration, Human Resources, or Supply Chain/Logistics Management ideal.
  • Prior experience as a leader or manager in an administrative role required; managing in a warehouse environment highly preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong focus on teamwork, collaboration and leadership by example.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written) preferred.
  • Proficient with MS Office programs, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
