Job description

CentiMark Corporation is the nation's largest commercial roofing contractor with 100 offices and over 3,500 employees. Each office has dedicated crews, for the installation and service of all major roof systems, who are highly trained and experienced with a focus on safety.
We have an exceptional opportunity for an additional full-time Roofing Service Sales Representative to support our Sales Teams in Baton Rouge. We are looking for an individual that is a self-starter and energetic to develop estimates and grow our business for our fast-paced, multi-faceted commercial company.
Year-end compensation (Base Salary + Commission) is $75k - $100k.
Job Summary:
  • Self-generating opportunities, prospecting, cold calling
  • Marketing your efforts through cold calling, performing site inspections, generating proposals, and selling commercial/industrial roofing projects
  • Schedule subsequent customer office visits as needed; prepare various progress reports for management
  • Visit client's facility, build business relationships and present information about CentiMark Corporation

Candidate Qualifications:
  • Previous construction or industrial sales experience is required
  • Commercial roofing experience/knowledge is required
  • Experienced roofing estimators with roofing experience is preferred
  • Experience in growing market share
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have a tenacious drive to sell and the ability to problem-solve
  • Strong mathematics and computer skills are essential
