APPOINTMENT SETTER — Work From Home | Base + Commission | Ignite Test Prep

We're a fast-growing test prep and college admissions company hiring a phone/text-based appointment setter to book calls with interested parents.

Leads come to YOU — no cold calling strangers. You follow up with people who already raised their hand.

THE JOB:

  • Call, text, and DM warm inbound leads (parents of high school students)
  • Qualify them using a provided script
  • Book them onto a strategy call with our advisors
  • Log everything in our CRM
  • Work a consistent daily schedule and hit booking targets

PAY:

  • Hourly base + commission per booked and attended call
  • Realistic first-month earnings: $2,500–$4,000+
  • Top setters earn significantly more

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Clear, confident phone presence
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or phone-based roles preferred
  • Organized, coachable, and self-motivated
  • Must be available during daytime hours (PST or EST)
