Job description

Arizona Coin and Bullion is looking for an energetic, tech-savvy team member to help grow our live-selling business while supporting our rapidly growing eCommerce operation. 


Whether you're photographing rare coins, preparing for a live show, shipping customer orders, or learning something new, you’ll stay busy-and no two days are ever the same. 


What You'll Do


eCommerce

  • Photograph and list coins, bullion, and collectibles
  • Process eCommerce orders from purchase through shipment
  • Carefully package and ship customer orders
  • Help manage and maintain our eBay listings and online inventory


Live Sales 

  • Host engaging live-selling events (training provided)
  • Help build and grow our Whatnot & eBay Live business
  • Prepare inventory and create content for live shows
  • Help grow our online audience and community


Operations

  • Respond to customer inquiries
  • Help organize inventory
  • Support day-to-day operations
  • Develop knowledge of rare coins, precious metals, and collectibles

  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Able to troubleshoot basic computer and audio/video issues

  • Comfortable working independently while contributing to a team

Schedule

Our showroom is open Monday through Saturday. Candidates should be available during our business hours, with occasional evenings and Saturdays for live-streaming events.
