Must Have: Minimum Requirements

• Requires basic knowledge of manufacturing or supply chain operational procedures, systems, and tools gained through experience and/or relevant training, education, or certifications.

• Requires 1+ years of related experience, which may include a combination of practical experience and applicable training, education, or certification.

• No minimum education requirement.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience operating light-duty manufacturing or machining equipment in a regulated production environment.

• Familiarity with basic machine setup, minor adjustments, and routine preventive maintenance.

• Experience working with numerically controlled or CNC equipment.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical drawings.

• Knowledge of precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, jigs, and fixtures.

• Understanding of statistical process control, in-process inspection, and quality documentation practices.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain close tolerances and high quality standards.

• Experience supporting continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, or 5S initiatives.

• Basic troubleshooting skills and the ability to identify equipment or process issues early.

For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$43,200.00 - $64,800.00This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Operations Incentive Plan (OIP).The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
