The Sponsor is seeking a candidate with a Top Secret clearance to develop a system to collect and integrate workforce information. A major function of the system is the ability to create and manage reports. This position is for a developer to create appropriate reports detailing work force aspects such as resource data, funding and labor categories. Reports will be created using the Cognos suite of tools.
Qualifications
  • Cognos version 10.1.x or higher suite of tools to include Cognos Reports Studio and Cognos Query Studio.
  • PL/SQL and/or SQL programming.
  • developing, deploying and supporting enterprise-level business intelligence dashboards with a diverse set of tools and tailored to a wide variety of audiences.
  • writing queries to extract the data and testing developed reports assessing the impacts of changes.
  • using relational DBMS platform such as Oracle, Sysbase, DB2, TM1 or SQL Server.
  • with web-based applications.

DESIRED SKILLS
