A Cognitive Coach is a professional who helps individuals, often educators or leaders, improve their thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. They use specific coaching techniques to foster self-reflection, enhance learning, and support personal and professional growth. Cognitive Coaches work collaboratively with clients to set goals, analyze challenges, and develop strategies for improvement. Their main aim is to empower individuals to become more self-directed and effective in their roles.
