Cogito Certified Project manager
Duration:: Long Term
Location: Remote (travel required once in a quarter to Boston, MA)

Preferred Skills/Knowledge
- Cogito Certification/Knowledge (Required)
- Past experience scoping projects/requests, process management
- Basic knowledge of SQL, data visualization tools
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to navigate complex data sets and reporting needs
- JIRA/ServiceNow background preferred
Key Responsibilities:
1. Stakeholder Engagement & Project Coordination:
Act as the primary liaison between business analysts and clinical/business stakeholders across multiple hospitals.
Lead discussions amongst cross-functional teams to gather and clarify reporting requirements, ensuring stakeholder needs are understood and met.
Facilitate alignment between business needs, data reporting, and system-wide goals through recurring discussions
Work within Epic system independently to map specific data points and document metric definitions
2. Reporting Queue & Prioritization Management:
Oversee assigned requests in the intake process for data/reporting requests, managing the queue, and prioritizing based on organizational strategy.
Ensure requests are properly documented and aligned with business objectives.
Develop and implement strategies to streamline the request management process and improve response times.
3. Strategic Alignment:
Work with Analytics Business managers and Business Intelligence developers to Ensure that all reporting deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align reporting activities with broader system goals and strategies.
Identify opportunities to leverage data for strategic decision-making and recommend existing content to meet current data needs vs. need for new content for reporting effectiveness.
