Job Description
The VP, Product Management, provides product leadership working with customers, users, stakeholders, technology and content development teams to provide hands-on leadership with the strategy, design, development, and rollout of Relias' product and platform capabilities. This role reports directly to the head of the Product Management organization (Chief Product Officer).
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Leading product management efforts across the Relias portfolio of products, including (equal weighting):
• Market Analysis: lead a cross functional team of Product Managers and User Experience Designers that are responsible for ongoing research of emerging trends, competitor movement, and adjacent industry influences, identifying opportunities to prioritize new solution capabilities and connected workflows that serve the healthcare provider market.
• Product Roadmap: drive end-to-end execution of the product development lifecycle for our full suite of connected product capabilities: Learning Management, Performance Management, Compliance Management and Experience Management. Own the product backlog, cross-portfolio roadmap prioritization, and product OKRs. Partner with the Technology and Content Development teams to determine software development delivery milestones.
• Stakeholder Management: collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure all priorities are understood and considered. Ensure clear articulation and organizational enablement of the value proposition and differentiators for our solutions. Support go-to-market (GTM) strategies in partnership with Product Marketing. • Performance Management: Partner with Client Care to understand how customers get value from our solutions through instrumentation and direct feedback, aligning, creating and then monitoring product adoption and overall success KPIs. Work closely with customers to prioritize new product development and address customer challenges.
• Team Leadership: Build and mentor a world-class product and design team, fostering a culture of customer obsession, technical excellence, and data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
YOU'VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:
• 15+ years of proven experience rapidly building and scaling product management teams.
• 10+ years in a leadership position.
• Bachelor's degree or higher• Experience working with SaaS technologies.
• Experience working cross-functionally, especially with marketing disciplines and sales initiatives.
IT WOULD BE IDEAL IF YOU HAVE:
• Healthcare experience
• Specific domain knowledge of healthcare technologies (e.g., HCM, GRC, Quality)

IN OFFICE REQUIREMENT:
