Job description

Partners Coffee is a small-batch roaster in Bushwick, New York, focused on sourcing and roasting exceptional coffee. We roast daily on Probat roasters out of a bright, spacious warehouse that's conveniently located near public transportation and filled with passionate people who care deeply about coffee.
We are looking for friendly, hardworking individuals to join our production team, helping fill and pack coffee and the other products we offer.
The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, and detail oriented. Speaking Spanish would be helpful. Experience in a warehouse setting is a plus, and a background in coffee or food service is especially welcome. As part of our crew, you will fill, bag, label, pick, pack, and ship coffee and other inventory to our customers. We ship six days a week.
We are looking to hire someone available to work between 30 - 40 hours per week, with availability on at least one weekend day. Our fulfillment team also assists with local deliveries, so having a valid driver's license is a benefit. Members of our production team regularly move into other roles within the company, including roasting, baristas and sales.
Health, dental, and vision benefits become available at certain milestones.
Physical Requirements
This role requires reaching with hands and arms, standing for up to 10 hours per day, and walking throughout the facility. You should be able to lift up to 60 pounds throughout the day, with assistance available for heavier items. The position also involves climbing ladders and stairs, the ability to hear and perceive mechanical sound cues, and repetitive movements of the hands and wrists throughout the day.
Partners Coffee provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
We look forward to meeting you.
