Coffee Shop Team Member

Looking for a job where you can stay busy, meet great people, and work with an upbeat team? Sips Coffee Co. is hiring Coffee Shop Team Members who love creating a positive customer experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced coffee shop environment.
Whether you're an experienced barista or someone with a great attitude who's ready to learn, we'll teach you everything you need to know. If you enjoy working mornings, being part of a supportive team, and making customers smile, we'd love to hear from you.
Pay & Schedule:
  • Starting at $15.00 per hour
  • Cash tips, with many team members earning up to $20.00 per hour
  • Part-time position averaging 20-30 hours per week
  • Must be available to work between 6am-12pm or 12pm-5pm
  • Weekend availability is preferred
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Handcraft coffee, espresso, tea, and specialty beverages
  • Welcome guests with friendly, attentive service
