As we continue to grow with three locations serving Central Illinois, we're looking for a passionate Store Manager who is excited to lead people, improve operations, and help our business thrive.

What You'll Do:
Lead the Team
- Interview and onboard new team members alongside the owner
- Train, coach, and mentor baristas
- Create employee schedules
- Foster a positive, supportive workplace culture
- Help employees succeed through ongoing coaching and accountability
Manage Daily Operations
- Oversee opening and closing procedures
- Ensure smooth daily operations across all locations
- Maintain high standards for speed, consistency, and customer experience
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Follow and reinforce company processes and procedures
Inventory & Organization
- Monitor inventory levels
- Restock supplies as needed
- Complete inventory reports twice each week
- Manage milk inventory
- Minimize waste and improve efficiency
Customer Experience
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and staff
- Resolve customer concerns professionally
- Build customer loyalty through exceptional service
- Encourage online reviews and community engagement
- Develop promotional ideas and local marketing opportunities
Financial Responsibilities
- Prepare daily deposits
- Complete deposit documentation
- Handle bank deposits accurately
- Support overall sales growth and profitability
What We're Looking For:
- Previous retail, restaurant, coffee shop, or hospitality leadership experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Positive attitude with a hands-on leadership style
- Dependable and self-motivated
Compensation:
- $17/hour plus cash tips
- Performance incentives including:
- Weekly Google Review bonus opportunities
- 1% of gross sales incentive
- Full-time (approximately 40 hours per week)
