The Wilderness Resort is seeking hardworking, dependable, enthusiastic, customer service driven individuals to join our fast-paced team! Employees have access to great benefits, amenity usage, and so much more!

The Coffee Shop Cashier position is responsible for hot and cold beverage preparation along with cookies and pastries, assisting with guests' orders, ensuring orders are correct, and being able to accurately collect and process payments.
This is a part- or full-time position with night, and weekend availability.
Essential duties and tasks of the position include but are not limited:

  • Greet and welcome guests as they enter.
  • Assist guests with any questions they may have regarding the menu.
  • In charge of making and ringing up all guest orders, taking payment, and processing change.
  • Responsible for stocking goods used throughout their shift at the end of each shift.
  • Responsible for the accuracy and totality of a cash bank.
  • Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and presentable work environment.
  • Responsible for cleaning the outlet at the end of each shift including but not limited to dishes, sweeping, mopping, wiping counters, washing windows, and taking out garbage.
  • All other duties as assigned my management.
