Buckroe Coffee Co is more than just a coffee shop—we’re a community-focused drive-thru and café located on 17 acres of beautiful outdoor space, featuring a garden, playground, nature trail, and dog park. We take pride in serving high-quality coffee, handcrafted drinks, and a rotating menu of fresh pastries. Our goal is to create a welcoming and fun environment for both customers and employees.

Job Overview

As a barista at Buckroe Coffee Co, you’ll be the heart of our customer experience. You’ll craft delicious beverages, provide friendly and efficient service, and contribute to the warm, community-driven atmosphere we’re known for. If you love coffee, enjoy connecting with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to have you on our team.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, and teas
  • Assist with food preparation, including heating and plating pastries
  • Provide outstanding customer service with a positive attitude
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality
  • Handle cash and card transactions accurately
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
