Cuppa Cuppa Coffee Company

We are our customers EVERYDAY coffee shops. The places they can count on EVERYDAY to deliver Great Quality locally roasted organic coffees, artisan pastries and clean foods in a Fast and Friendly way. Our first location, Cuppa Cuppa Coffee Shack, is a very fast paced drive thru shop, that we’ve grown over the past 17 years. Our newest location is a small cafe in the neighborhood, Cuppa Cuppa Coffee Lab. Both are near San Diego State University, so great opportunity for college student with espresso experience. We may be small in size, but we are big on volume and serious on Quality and Customer Service.

Our biggest needs right now is a Skilled Lead Barista with latte art and cafe experience. We are looking to hire 1 honest, energetic, outgoing and service oriented individuals. Must love to have fun, yet work hard and take initiative. Are you passionate about craft coffee? Do you love being in service and working as a team? Cuppa Cuppa may be a great fit for you. We are driven to provide the best experience for our customers. That means putting out the best product and delivering great customer service. Future teammates will have a love and appreciation for others, as well as good coffee and food.  

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 

*1 Year Craft coffee experience a must.

*1 Year cafe and some management experience preferred.

*1 year minimum experience on semi-automatic machine.

*Smiley, Happy, Self Aware with a true Sense of Urgency 

*Good work ethic 

*Availability of 3 days minimum. We are open 7 days a week. No evening shifts...

*Service to others comes naturally

PLUSES

*Slow brew system experience a plus (kegs and nitrogen etc).

*Some roasting experience a plus, but not necessary

*Latte art a plus

*Lite food experience a plus
