JOB DESCRIPTION:

Shift Leads are responsible for managing all of the daily operations of our restaurant, including but not limited to overseeing development and performance management of employees, daily cash deposits at the bank, open availability. They oversee the inventory and ordering of food and supplies, optimize profits, maintain cost of goods standards, focus on sales targets and ensure that guests are extremely satisfied with their dining experience. Shift Leads report directly to the Store Supervisor(s).

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Primary responsibilities include: Overseeing and managing all areas of the restaurant. Working directly with the owner to make final decisions on all matters of importance. Required to study and learn in depth about each and every one of our products, superfoods that we carry, our processes including cold press juicing, organic and gluten-free food and it's importance. Trained on how to effectively and efficiently carry out every position in the restaurant. Ensuring the store is clean and orderly at all times both front of the house and back of the house.
