Job description

Milk Tea Lab presents the utmost modernization of the booming bubble tea culture. We aim to create a space for young kids to enjoy themselves whether it’s to grab a bite, study or hang out with friends.

Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver impeccable hospitality to our guests as we greet them, interact with them, and take their orders.
  • Wipes table tops and chairs with a damp cloth.
  • Cleans and polishes shelves and doors of service bars and equipment such as coffee urns and cream and milk dispensers.
  • Cleans the floors when necessary.
  • Make delicious milk teas, coffees, smoothies, etc.
  • Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
  • Maintain an organized workspace so that partners can locate resources as needed and inventory can be easily maintained.
  • Operate a POS system, receive payments, and provide accurate change to guests.
  • Be authentic, transparent, and create genuine conversations with our guests and your teammates.
  • Work duties such as cleaning equipment, mopping, taking out the recycling, etc. to maintain operations and the customer experience.
  • Completes all opening and closing side work.

Requirements:

  • Possess a strong sense of teamwork.
  • Outgoing and friendly personality.
  • Ability to multitask while paying special attention to detail.
  • Can stand for long periods of time.
  • Punctual and committed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $16.20 to $20.00 /hour + TIPS
