Job description

The age requirement for this position is 21 and up due to insurance.

The Delivery Driver position is one of the most critical jobs on our team. It is the delivery driver's responsibility to get all products to all stores locations every single night. Without these nightly deliveries, our stores could not serve our guests. This position is responsible for loading trucks, driving, and delivering products. It's important to have attention to detail, awareness of surroundings, and maintain a great attitude. Candidates must be comfortable driving large trucks and working alone.

Purpose Alignment: Every product you handle, every order you pack, and every delivery you make directly impacts the experience of our stores and, ultimately, our guests. By ensuring that the right products are delivered on time and in perfect condition, you help create an environment where our store teams can serve guests with excellence, reliability, and care.

Availability: Driver shifts begin around 5pm and end by 2am. There is some flexibility with start time.

Hours: This is a part time position starting with 1 day a week, from 5pm-2am. There is potential for this to become more days a week or even turn into full time.

On Call Requirements: Ability to cover at least 2 scheduled on-call shifts per week if needed

  • Essential Job Functions:
  • Repeated heavy lifting. Must be able to lift 50lb above head.
  • Constantly standing, walking, stooping, bending, squatting.
  • Constantly using hands, wrists and arms, sometimes in a repetitive manner.
  • Pushing and pulling, picking up, and lifting products.
  • Regular in person attendance.
  • Compensation: $24-25 / hour.
