Job description

InterMetro Industries is seeking a Customer Service Rep I (CSR I) for our Corporate HQ located in Wilkes-Barre, PA. The Customer Service Rep I provides consistent, exceptional support of daily activities with customers, sales representatives, internal customers and department members in maintaining proper level of service.

This position is scheduled for the 11:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. shift. Please note that the training period will take place from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Provide timely support regarding customer inquiries, orders and problem situations of a routine nature.

  2. Coordinate involvement with CSR II’s and CS Supervisors as required.

  3. Review and process incoming orders accurately, including but not limited to confirming contact and billing information, pricing and promotions.

  4. Support CSR II’s with daily activity flow to promote prompt customer response.

  5. Manage customer portals both internal and external

  6. Possess knowledge and understanding of the Code of Business Ethics. Contribute to a workplace environment that is conducive to the maintenance of the Code. Remain alert and sensitive to situations that could result in actions by an employee that are illegal, unethical, in violation of the Code or the policies and procedures that support the Code. Report actual or perceived violations of the Code or Company policies and procedures for appropriate action.

  7. Other duties, as assigned.

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • 3 years’ work experience in a similar capacity.
