The OPEN+ Deployment Lead will drive OPEN+ deployment across the factory, ensuring alignment with PMI strategy and the Integrated Operating System (IOS). This role leads capability building, coaching, operational excellence initiatives, business impact monitoring, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Safety & Sustainability
  • Ensure compliance with EHS policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans.
  • Support sustainability initiatives and provide safety training.
Operational Excellence & Capability Building
  • Lead training and workshops on OPEN+ principles and best practices.
  • Coach teams on continuous improvement tools and methodologies.
  • Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and logistics optimization initiatives.
  • Standardize processes and ensure adherence to global best practices.
Continuous Improvement & Business Impact
  • Track deployment progress and key performance metrics.
  • Partner with regional and site leaders to execute strategic initiatives.
  • Promote innovation, knowledge sharing, and replication of best practices.
  • Leverage digital tools to improve efficiency and operational performance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent experience.
  • Leadership experience in FMCG, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, production planning, process improvement, and maintenance processes.
  • Experience training and coaching teams on continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and drive initiatives independently.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting/tracking tools.

Annual Base Salary: $88,000 - $110,000
