Storeroom Attendant - Integrated Supply
Pay rate: - USD$22.00/hr

Job Details: -

Vallen's Storeroom Attendant is an individual contributor positioned within a customer's location to fulfil daily receiving, stocking, issuing, and cycle counting of customer and/or Vallen inventory. They are responsible for maintaining a professional, clean and organized work environment.

-Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm. There may be some OT..
Temp to hire
Will issue parts and materials. Will assist with inventory and cycle counting.
Must be able to read and understand written directions. Basic math skills required.
Will use pallet jack and hand truck.
Will use sit-down forklift, experience preferred. May leave building with to go from one building to another.
Will use golfcart.
Computer skills required. The job will require data entry into different computer programs.
May stock vending machines and point of use areas in different buildings on the campus.
Customer service skills required. This is a customer facing position.
Lifting requirement: up to 50 lbs unassisted
Steel toe shoes with internal metatarsals required.
Dress code: pants/jeans and a presentable shirt/t-shirt. Clothes must fit as intended and need to be worn in a professional manner.
There is a strict cell phone policy in place that needs to be adhered to based on the sensitive nature of business at this site and the potential safety issues it can cause. We encourage personnel to make calls away from the storeroom during their two 15-minute breaks and their lunch break, but on-shift inside the plant is not permitted (unless it's an emergency).
This facility may get hot in the summer. There are large fans and ice coolers throughout the facility, as well as standalone portacool units that can be directed at a specific work station.
This is an environment where you may get dirty/dusty.
No loose bracelets or rings.
No ballpoint pens allowed onsite. All writing utensils are provided by the client.
