Job Summary
The Field Lead is responsible for leading onsite contents restoration jobs, directing Field Technicians, and ensuring accurate packing, scanning, staging, and documentation. This role serves as the primary onsite point of contact and plays a key role in delivering quality work and excellent customer service.
A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE IS REQUIRED.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Field Technicians in packing, moving, scanning, and staging contents
  • Assign tasks, monitor progress, and enforce safety standards
  • Ensure accurate FSA documentation, QR coding, photos, and daily uploads
  • Stage contents by category and identify restorable vs. non-salvageable items
  • Communicate job updates, item counts, and issues to management
  • Interact with homeowners professionally and empathetically
  • Train and coach team members as needed
