As a Service Operations Manager, you will oversee front-end and service operations, ensure strong execution of company service programs, and lead teams that deliver a fast, friendly, and compliant shopping experience. Main responsibilities:
  • Leads all front-end and customer service teams, ensuring fast, friendly, and accurate service

  • Coach and develop associates on service standards, courtesy programs, and service recovery

  • Oversee daily front-end operations including check stands, self-checkout (SCO), service desk, and checkout processes

  • Ensure compliance with cash handling, security, returns, refunds, and transaction policies

  • Monitor scheduling, breaks, staffing levels, and queue management to align labor with business needs

  • Oversee cash office processes including safe counts, till audits, deposits, and reconciliation

  • Ensure front-end readiness for audits, compliance requirements, and company programs

  • Hire, train, coach, schedule, and develop service associates, supervisors, and front-end staff

  • Support shrink reduction, fraud prevention, and proper handling of restricted items

  • Complete required reports and maintain strong communication with management teams
