What you’ll build:

Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Value Advisory

Location: Burlington / Boston office, MA (in-person)

Expected Start Date: July 2026

Contract Duration: 6-12 months

Work Hours: 20-40 hours per week

As an Intern on the Value Advisory teams you’ll support Value Advisors as they provide business process and industry perspective, develops business cases, and thought leadership to support sales cycles. Your role will be to research industry best practices, develop beautiful thought provoking collateral, support customer engagements and work on practice growth initiatives.

We are looking for someone with a passion for helping organizations solve issues, create value, maximize growth, and improve business performance. The Intern will also help manage and analyze outcomes of 2 – 3 key impact projects. These projects are critical to the the growth and development of the Northeast Value Advisory practice.

This person needs to be a self-starter with the ability to work in an ambiguous environment who looks for solutions to problems. This role will have significant visibility to Value Advisory leadership and SAP sales. Interns who perform exceptionally well may have the opportunity to pursue full-time employment in Value Advisory once their internship concludes.

Responsibilities & Objectives:

  1. Champion the development of original thought leadership and concrete value propositions that help drive the adoption of SAP’s strategic initiatives and new solutions based on the business value they will bring to SAP customers
  2. Identify key industry trends and changing industry dynamics to evolve SAP VA consultative selling practices, ensure ongoing relevance, and continued VA leadership position in the industry.
  3. Program manage 2 – 3 key impact projects and provide supporting analysis
  4. Learn to be a storyteller, develop beautiful, clear and concise presentations for the Executive Suite.
  5. Be able to conduct in-depth financial analysis with a strong understanding on investor reports and finial metrics.

Who you are:

• Education: Pursuing MBA/Master's degree or equivalent qualification, and experience with management consulting firms are highly desirable

• Eligibility: Must be currently enrolled, or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor’s, master’s or JD/PhD program

• Aptitude for analytical and creative thinking

• Ability to work in an ambiguous environment

• Ability to produce storylines and high-quality presentations in PowerPoint with a very keen eye for detail.

• Comfortable with doing financial analysis in excel spreadsheets

• Positive, Motivated, Self-starter with a can-do attitude.

• Track record of top performance and continuously executing on best-in-class consulting or analytical engagements in investment banking, consulting, or similar

• Hypothesis and data-driven mindset to make analytical decisions for the customer and the VA field

• Ability to take complex topics and synthesize them into clear, concise executive summaries. Support, develop and deliver presentations to senior customer and SAP leadership teams

• Excellent written oral, and presentation skills in English is mandatory
