Overview

HomeWell Care Services is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to conduct client assessments, supervisory visits, care plan reviews, and clinical oversight for our growing private-duty home care agency serving Northwest Atlanta.

This position is ideal for an RN looking for flexible supplemental income while making a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors and their families.

MUST HAVE HOME CARE EXPERIENCE

Compensation
  • $125-$150 per assessment/visit

Service Area

Applicants must live within 10 miles of ZIP Code 30339 and be willing to travel throughout our service area, including Marietta, Smyrna, Vinings, Mableton, Kennesaw, and surrounding communities.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial in-home client assessments
  • Complete reassessments as needed
  • Develop and update client care plans
  • Perform supervisory visits and quality assurance visits
  • Evaluate changes in client condition and recommend care plan modifications
  • Collaborate with clients, families, caregivers, and office staff to ensure quality care delivery
  • Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
  • Provide clinical guidance and recommendations to support client outcomes
  • Participate in occasional case conferences and care coordination activities
Qualifications
  • Current Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
  • Minimum 2 years of nursing experience preferred
  • Home care, hospice, case management, geriatrics, or community health experience preferred
  • Strong assessment and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Ability to work independently and professionally in clients' homes
