These programs often combine on-the-job training with structured coursework, helping participants transition into full-time roles in tech.

What kind of mentorship and support can I expect as a coding apprentice?

As a coding apprentice, you will typically be paired with experienced software developers or engineers who act as mentors throughout your apprenticeship. You can expect regular check-ins, code reviews, and guidance on best practices, as well as opportunities to ask questions and receive constructive feedback.
