M&A: Those in mergers and acquisition tax at PwC will focus on providing tax advice and guidance during mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions. Your work will involve analysing the tax implications of such transactions, developing tax structures, and assisting clients in navigating complex tax regulations to optimise tax outcomes.

Real Estate: Those in real estate tax at PwC will advise clients on tax implications related to real estate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, investments, and joint ventures.
