Job description

Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to become a key part of its client's Reablement Team, supporting individuals to regain independence after illness, injury, or hospital discharge. This proactive role involves working directly in clients' homes to promote well-being and reduce long-term care needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct strengths-based assessments
  • Develop and implement personalised reablement plans
  • Collaborate with families and multi-disciplinary teams
  • Benefit from support from OT Assistants and our Principal OT

Requirements:

  • HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist
  • Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
