Unit Specifics: Number of Beds: 32 Patient Ratios: 2:1 Unit staffing description: Student nurse externs available as techs Unit secretary available M-F 0730-1530 Type of equipment: Hill-Rom beds, Phillips telemetry monitors Documentation system: Meditech Scheduling requirements: 4 week schedules (3-4 weekend shifts required per scheduling period) Floating policy: Float as needed to units where needed depending on unit census Patient Experience requirements: None specific Hospital Specifics-Certifications: BLS

Requested Skill Set: Must have: Cardiac experience, strong critical care experience Advanced skills needed: PA catheter and hemodynamic monitoring; IABP; Impella; CRRT preferred Procedures performed on unit: Central line insertion, swan insertion; intubations Certifications Required: ACLS
