Job Location: Corporate Headquarters - Schaumburg, IL 60193

Responsibilities
  • Oversee 8-10 swimming pools, pool managers, and their lifeguards.
  • Train pool managers on pump systems, pool rules, and daily duties.
  • Ensure pool managers train lifeguards thoroughly.
  • Visit each pool 2-3 times per week to perform pool and lifeguard evaluations.
  • Ensure facility meets health codes and maintains exceptional appearance.
  • Ensure lifeguards enforce all rules and maintain professional conduct.
  • Work closely with managers to ensure schedules are complete and residents, board members, and property managers are satisfied.
  • Maintain a flexible, reachable, reliable, and organized work approach (40+ hours per week).
  • Have a reliable car; gas reimbursed.
  • Receive a supplied phone or reimbursement for phone usage.
