Job description

This position offers a base hourly range of $14.62 - $24.34 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, plus bonus based on company performance.

OVERVIEW
Prepare and serve meals for breakfast and lunch as well as cater meals for meetings held at the facility.
RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned)
1. Prepare and serve food with a high regard to sanitation, food safety, quality, and friendly service.
2. Clean and sanitize food prep, food service, and break areas
3. Keep storage areas organized and assure products are coded and properly rotated, dispose any items that do not meet the quality guidelines.
4. Deliver meals to meeting rooms, kitchens, and/or building, as scheduled.
5. Collect payment for food items purchased.
6. Restock vending machines, grab and go cases, drink coolers, bakery cases, and break areas with food service products and items as they deplete.
7. Remove trash from food prep and break areas, as necessary.
8. Set/clean up, deliver and restock food on service lines and buffets
9. Pick up and deliver inventory and supplies to appropriate kitchens, as directed.
QUALIFICATIONS
(Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered)
Education
• High School Diploma/GED preferred
Experience
• Minimum 1 year experience in food service preferred
Licenses/Certifications
• Serve Safe certification is preferred
Tools & Equipment
• General Office Equipment
• Ovens, fryers, toasters, microwaves, mixers, dishwashers, and other foodservice equipment
