Location: Boca Raton, FL (8 months; live-out) & Cape Cod, MA (4 months; live-in)
Schedule: Monday-Friday; 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM; with flexibility to work occasional weekends when guests are in residence. Schedule may vary based on family's needs/entertaining schedule.
Living Arrangements:Private accommodations provided in separate guest house on the property in Cape Cod for the 4 months the position is live-in.
Salary: $100,000+ annually (based on experience)

A private couple with no children or pets is seeking an experienced, hands-on Houseman/Cook to assist with the daily operation and maintenance of their residences in Boca Raton, FL and Cape Cod, MA. This is an excellent opportunity for a service-oriented professional who enjoys cooking, household management, and providing exceptional support in a private home environment. The ideal candidate is a polished, resourceful professional who takes pride in maintaining a well-run household and enjoys creating a seamless lifestyle experience for their employers and guests.


Responsibilities

Plan, prepare and serve simple, healthy dinners for the couple and their guests (typically 2-8 people) - Mrs. is allergic to peanuts & peanut oil. Examples of food they like: steak, lamb chops, turkey, chicken dishes, salads, Italian food is their favorite! No spicy meals.
Make beds and handle all laundry with exceptional garment care
Maintain household inventory and replenish supplies as needed
Oversee household vendors and service providers
Manage vehicle maintenance schedules, detailing, fueling, and general upkeep
Greet and assist guests & turn rooms over after their departure
Capture overnight guests requests/requirements, anticipate their needs and maintain high standards of hospitality.
Open and close the residences at the beginning and end of each season
Move outdoor furniture and assist with outdoor setup as needed
Assist with packing and unpacking for travel
Assisting with luggage from house to house
Grocery shopping and household provisioning
Dry cleaning drop-off and pickup
Run errands, gift purchases, returns, and miscellaneous household tasks
Provide driving services when needed
Ensure the homes remain organized, guest-ready, and operating smoothly
Polishing silver
Flower arranging for dinners
Maintain strict confidentiality

Requirements

Minimum of 6 years of experience working in a private household
Strong cooking skills and experience with food handling and a genuine love of cooking
