Job Overview
The Supervisor, Technical Service will assist the Regional Operations Center Manager (ROC) in the management and training of technicians and other personnel, including the identification of training needs, workflow, coaching, counseling, and providing general direction within the ROC.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Lead activities to improve performance and productivity, including assignment of and managing the workflow of assigned areas
  • Conduct audits of work performed to maintain quality and monitor productivity using various reporting tools
  • Ensure accurate parts inventory levels by supervising cycle counts and procurement activities, including the ordering, distribution of parts and supplies needed by Equipment Services personnel
  • Ensure employees are properly trained and have the proper tools to complete the job
  • Supervise, lead and motivate a team to deliver results by communicating company goals, including quality and customer satisfaction, safety best practices, and deadlines; engage and develop teammates through effective performance management, coaching, and training
  • Implement continuous improvement methods while maintaining customer focus, and embody company purpose and values to inspire servant leadership
  • Complete all other permanent and temporary management duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel upon request
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite
  • Personnel Management experience
  • Excellent analytical problem-solving skills
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent electrical, mechanical, and technical service skills
  • Ability to maneuver and move large pieces of equipment such as vending machines
  • Schedule: Monday - Thursday; occassional Friday due to the needs of the business; 6:00am start time
  • Must be self-motivated with a high degree of integrity and be able to perform job duties with minimal supervision on a timely basis

Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Knowledge acquired through 1 - 3 years of work experience
  • Stable history of steady work and/or school, verifiable by references
  • Basic understanding of Refrigeration

Preferred Qualifications
  • 2 years of education beyond high school in college or technical school
  • Basic understanding of Refrigeration
  • Business Acumen with SAP, Power BI, MS Office suite
