Job Location: Austin, Texas and surrounding areas

Workdays/Shift Hours: Monday-Friday, 3:00 am start time 

Additional Relevant Information: Must be 21+ years of age, Valid Class A CDL required. Minimum 6 months driving experience,stocking and merchandising experience preferred. 

Compensation:  Starting pay ranges from $25.26 to $31.38 per hour, based on experience.  Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits. 

General Purpose


Driver Merchandisers are responsible for driving and delivery of pre-ordered product to assigned accounts and for rotating and stocking product. Our Driver Merchandiser Lead will also train new driver merchandisers on routes. Train new driver merchandisers on driver safety. Provide coverages for open routes. Provide coverage for Supervisor when needed 


 


 


 


 

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Deliver products to customers. 
  • Check accuracy and stability of the load. 
  • Merchandise, display and rotate products according to company standards. 
  • Invoice and collect monies due. 
  • Pick up company property. 
  • Secure company assets. 
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures. 
  • Settle all accounts daily. 
Qualifications
  • Education: High Scholl Diploma or GED preferred 
  • 3 years of CDL driving experience. 
  • On the job Leadership experience. 
  • Familiarity with DOT regulations 
  • Ability to operate manual/powered pallet jacks or hand trucks preferred 
  • Valid Class A CDL driver's license with clean driving record within MVR policy guidelines.
  • Must be able to pass a Department of Transportation physical and/or have a valid DOT Medical Card, with no Inter-state restriction. 
  • Must be able to operate Standard and Automatic transmissions
