YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Instrumentation and Electrical systems maintenance or a similar role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Instrumentation and Electrical components and systems.
  • Experience with diagnostic tools and equipment used in I&E troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations related to electronic systems.

  • Experienced technician.
  • Performs assignments of an advanced nature requiring use and application of standard
  • maintenance methods and tools.
  • Read and understand technical manuals, schematics, and P&IDs
  • Repair and calibrate pneumatic field instrumentation
  • Repair and calibrate electronic field instrumentation
  • Excellent electrical/instrument troubleshooting skills
  • Working knowledge of PLC's
  • Properly use high voltage test equipment
  • Re-fuse high voltage lines
  • Remove and repair switchgear
  • Properly size and install wire and conduit
  • Troubleshooting electrical/instrument issues
  • Working knowledge of process control fundamentals
  • Know PID tuning fundamentals
  • Working knowledge of DCS systems
  • Working knowledge of motors and motor controls
