Guest Service Representative

The Guest Service Representative is a team member of the MainStay Suites Omaha Old Mill location. This is a well-established Choice Hotels extended stay brand.

The Guest Service Representative is the face of the hotel. In this role you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to all hotel guests, checking guests in and out of the hotel, managing reservations, and resolving any guest issues that arise. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong dedication to providing the highest level of service. Honesty and integrity must be paramount in all that you do.
