The Solana East Cobb, a luxury senior living community offering Assisted Living and Memory Care, is seeking an experienced Memory Care Program Manager to lead our Memory Care neighborhood. This is an exciting opportunity for a compassionate leader who is dedicated to creating meaningful moments while ensuring exceptional care for residents living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia.

What You'll Do

As the Memory Care Program Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of our Memory Care neighborhood while fostering a warm, engaging, and supportive environment for residents and team members.

You will:

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the Memory Care neighborhood

  • Partner with the Resident Care Director to ensure exceptional clinical care and resident outcomes

  • Develop and oversee engaging, person-centered life enrichment programming

  • Ensure the neighborhood reflects Arbor's high standards for programming, dining, environment, and resident experience

  • Coach, mentor, and train team members on dementia care best practices

  • Support employee engagement, development, and retention

  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members

  • Promote a culture of compassion, dignity, and meaningful connections

Qualifications
  • Minimum one year of experience caring for individuals with dementia

  • Experience working in a Memory Care setting required

  • Previous leadership or management experience preferred

  • Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) preferred

  • Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills

  • Passion for providing person-centered care and creating meaningful experiences
