We are "making dreams come true." Our organization provides children and adults with autism, intellectual disabilities, and behavioral health challenges—and their families—the education, support, and resources needed to be self-reliant, independent, and valued members of their communities.

We are seeking an experienced and mission-driven Operations Supervisor to lead the daily operations of assigned Adult Day programs within our Intellectual Disabilities Services (IDS) division. This leadership role is responsible for staff supervision, regulatory compliance, program operations, budgeting, quality assurance, and ensuring exceptional services for the individuals we support. The Operations Supervisor plays a key role in fostering a positive team culture, promoting community integration, and ensuring safe, engaging, person-centered programming.

  • Ability to complete ACRE training within nine months of hire, as required.
  • Act 33 and Act 34 clearances required; FBI clearance required if applicable.
  • Experience with electronic documentation systems and scheduling platforms preferred.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required certifications and training relevant to program operations.

A Typical Day May Include:

  • Supervising, coaching, and developing program staff to promote high-quality services and professional growth.
  • Overseeing daily program operations to ensure compliance with licensing, regulatory, and agency requirements.
  • Coordinating staff schedules and client schedules to ensure appropriate coverage and support ratios.
  • Monitoring documentation, service delivery records, and billing-related activities for accuracy and timeliness.
  • Training staff on documentation systems, policies, procedures, and program-specific requirements.
  • Partnering with families, school districts, community agencies, OVR, and ECCM representatives to support individuals served.
  • Participating in audits, licensing reviews, provider monitoring activities, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Reviewing operational reports and addressing documentation, billing, and service delivery concerns.
  • Supporting implementation of behavior support plans and ensuring staff utilize positive intervention techniques.
  • Managing program budgets, purchasing requests, expenditures, and financial tracking activities.
  • Monitoring facility needs, transportation requirements, equipment, and program safety initiatives.
  • Participating in hiring, onboarding, employee development, performance evaluations, and disciplinary processes.
  • Investigating and reporting incidents in accordance with agency policy and regulatory requirements.
  • Supporting community integration, employment opportunities, and individualized program goals.
  • Ensuring emergency preparedness procedures, fire drills, and safety requirements are maintained.
