Job description

Badger Coaches partners with college and professional sports teams, runs national tours, cross-country trips, and daily routes. If you want variety, prestige, and a team that has your back, we want to hear from you.

Pay: $25.20–$28.00/hr (based on experience, with tenure increases)

What you'll do

  • Safely operate motorcoaches on a variety of routes — local shuttles, sports charters, and long-distance trips

  • Deliver excellent service to passengers, clients, and teams

  • Maintain on-time performance in all weather and road conditions

  • Exercise sound judgment in the moment, every time

What you bring

  • CDL Class A or B with Air Brake and P endorsements

  • Current Federal Medical Examiner's Certificate

  • 2+ years of commercial passenger transportation experience (motorcoach, transit, or school bus)

  • Clean driving record

  • Ability to pass DOT pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
