If you have a Class A or B and want to add your Passenger Endorsement this is a great opportunity for you. Immediate placement to a nearby job site once training is completed.

Already have a Class A or Class B CDL? We can help you obtain your Passenger (P) Endorsement and put your CDL to work!
WHAT WE OFFER
We provide hands-on training to qualified Class A and Class B CDL holders who want to obtain their Passenger Endorsement in the Amarillo, Texas area.
Our goal is simple: help you earn your Passenger Endorsement, complete your training, and get you to work.
STEP 1 - OBTAIN YOUR PASSENGER ENDORSEMENT PERMIT
Before beginning training, you will need to visit a Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) Driver License Office to complete the requirements for your Passenger (P) Endorsement and obtain the necessary authorization to begin passenger endorsement training.
Obtaining the Passenger Endorsement does not cancel, suspend, or otherwise negatively impact your existing CDL.
Once you have completed the required DPS steps and obtained the necessary permit/authorization, you can begin the training process.
STEP 2 - COMPLETE PASSENGER ENDORSEMENT TRAINING
Training Cost: $500
  • Estimated training time: 14-21 days
  • Training pay: $15.15 per hour (before deductions)
  • The $500 training cost will be paid through payroll deductions
  • Payroll deduction: $100 per pay period

Our training program is designed to prepare you to successfully obtain your Passenger Endorsement while gaining the knowledge and practical experience needed to operate passenger vehicles safely.
STEP 3 - GET TO WORK!
Once you successfully complete the Passenger Endorsement training, you will be immediately placed into work at one of the following Hoffman Construction yards:
Childress, Texas
Claude, Texas
Your Passenger Endorsement opens the door to additional CDL opportunities while allowing you to put your training to work right away.
EARN YOUR TRAINING COST BACK
We want to invest in people who are committed to staying with us.
You can earn reimbursement of your $500 training cost based on your length of employment:
After 6 Months $250 reimbursement
After 12 Months Additional $250 reimbursement
Stay employed for 12 months and you can receive reimbursement of the full $500 training cost.
