This role is not simply about auditing standards - it is about unlocking performance. TheFranchise Business Coachpartners with franchise owners andoperatorstoidentifyopportunities, remove operational barriers, improve financial results, and elevate the guest experience.


Core Responsibilities


Revenue Growth

  • Drive comparable sales growth across assigned territory.
  • Identify local traffic-driving opportunities within brand standards.
  • Support execution of loyalty programs, promotions, and new product launches.
  • Partner with franchisees to maximize seasonal and peak sales periods.

Profitability & Financial Discipline

  • Analyze P&L performance and coach operators on labor optimization, product mix improvement, waste reduction, and margin protection.
  • Translate system standards into profitable execution.
  • Support operators in building predictable EBITDA growth.

Operational Excellence

  • Reinforce brand presentation, product consistency, and facility standards.
