Job Summary:
  • Coach amazing gymnastics classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method and train our instructors to do the same! Protect program quality by ensuring all classes are aligned with the franchise model.
  • Build and execute training plans for new hires. Lead gymnastics spotting workshops for new hires.
  • Operate the front desk when not coaching, and manage enrollment & memberships.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience.  We treat our members like family here. 
  • Oversee the full of breadth offered programs to ensure the extremely high standards of The Little Gym International are met
  • Oversee training and evaluation of your fellow The Little Gym team members.
