Sales Lead

The Sales Lead supports the Store Manager with the execution of daily business,customerengagement, store operations, team coaching, and merchandising standards in the store.Aspart of the leadership team and under supervision of Store Manager, you have a key role tosupervise store staff and ensure the highest level of customer engagement and sales results are

achieved. You contribute to promoting a positive work environment that ensures both internaland external customer satisfaction while maximizing productivity and profitability. This position isa key-carrying role and may assume responsibility for the store in the absence of anothermanager,determinedby the needs of the business.

What you will do:

Assistin maximizing and achieving store sales goals and monitoring sales progress againstkeytargets.You inspire a consumer centric mindset within the store, and model sellingbehaviorsthrough genuine interactions with consumers. Under the direction of the Store Manager,assistinsupervising and coaching a high-performing team andprovidesales-related feedback. Youensure all company and store policies, and procedures, are followed and delegate tasks toassociates as needed tomaintainoperational excellence.

You lead an environment of productivity by leadingthe customerengagement on thesalesfloorand providing coaching and feedback to associates around customer engagement.Assistinexecuting the management of labor and payroll expenses to maximize sales and productivityunder the direction of the Store Manager. You report concerns directly to the Store Manager

Hiring Range:

$18.50 - $23.10 USD per hour

Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, orcommissionpotential.
