Job Description: 

Key Responsibilities 

CNC Lathe & Mill NC program optimization

Cycle time reduction and productivity improvement

Support production ramp up

Hands on shop floor support and prove outs

NC Programmer with manufacturing process & shopfloor knowledge

Good at Optimal cutting tool selection & calculating cutting parameters

Optimize CNC machining cycle times by analysing current toolpaths, Cut parameters, setup time, etc

Analyse existing shopfloor setup & NC programs developed

Good CNC machine knowledge along with its kinematics & specifications - Mill & turn machines

Improve overall equipment efficiency (OEE)

Support production scale-up & Enhance throughput across avaiable critical machines at shop facility.

Fixtures & holding device knowledge

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Industrial / Production Engineering (or related field).

5-7 years of experience in a NC Programming experience role.

Strong expertise in CNC Lathes and CNC Mills

Proven experience in cycle time reduction / machining optimization

Experience working in medium to high volume manufacturing

Comfortable with onsite customer interaction

Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills; ability to work in cross functional teams.
