JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
I. Proficiency in CATIA V5/6 to program for 2 to 5 axis machines.
II. Analyze blueprints and job orders before programming and compare results with original specifications.
III. Efficiently program, test, and revise machine programming.
IV. Selects machine type (2 to 5 axes), tooling requirements (for work holding purposes and part orientation) and cutting tool requirements.
V. Reverse engineer parts to create tools and models, models must be thorough and complete to verify safety, usability, and interferences prior to fabrication.
VI. Ability to meet a provided deadline on time.
VII. Able to work on a team and communicate effectively.
VIII. Quote time on parts.
IX. Provide on machine support for program development.
Minimum Qualifications
3-5 years CATIA 5 - 3-axis and 5-axis programming.
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years CATIA 5 - 3-axis and 5-axis programming plus mill-turn.

- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
