Job description

Adecco Staffing is currently partnered with a growing manufacturer in Watertown, MA! We are seeking a skilled CNC Setup Machinist. This is a direct hire opportunity on 1st shift.
Job Title: CNC Machinist with Swiss Machine experience
Pay Range: $20 – $30 per hour depending on experience
Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 or 10 hour shifts, with overtime available
Responsibilities Include:
• Operating and setting up Citizen Swiss CNC machines
• Ability to work on difficult and complex parts with minimal supervision
• Performing machine setups, tool changes, and offsets
• Monitoring production runs to ensure quality and efficiency
• Inspecting parts using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges)
• Maintaining tight tolerances and meeting production standards
• Troubleshooting machining issues and making necessary adjustments
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications Include:
• 5+ years of CNC Swiss machining experience preferred
• Experience machining various materials including stainless steel, aluminum, and brass
• Experience holding tight tolerances (+/- .0002) and geometric tolerancing
• Ability to set up and operate CNC Swiss machines independently
• Able to read and understand drawings/blueprints
• Familiarity with Citizen machines is strongly preferred
• Hard working, hands-on, highly organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Pay Details: $20.00 to $30.00 per hour
